Below are our terms and condition, giving some of the guide lines that we run by.

 These are in many ways based on what our suppliers expect and also that we fairly take care of everyone.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are strictly Mondays to Fridays, 08:30 to 17:00.  We are closed on weekends and Public holidays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    Terms of sale are strictly EFT or cash only.  No cheques or cards are accepted.

2.    No order will be released to a client / courier until payment has cleared in our bank account.

3.    Faulty equipment is to be returned to Xtreme TT at customer’s cost.

4.    New items returned for credit will only be accepted if the item(s) is in a re-saleable conditions and returns are done at the
discretion of Xtreme TT.  Any refunds will be as a credit to the customer.  No cash refunds will be done.  PLEASE note that our
suppliers will no longer accept items for credit if the wrong item(s) was ordered.

5.    No refunds will be done on refurbished items sold.

6.    Errors and Omissions are Excluded (E & OE).

7.    Pricing may change without prior notice. This is usually due to exchange rate fluctuations as well as stock availability at time
 of placing order.

8.    The standard turn-around time for any order is 48 hours once payment has cleared in our bank account.  This may however
 vary according to stock availability at suppliers. 

9.    Windows operating software on refurbished laptops and PCs will be updated with the latest updates available before being dispatched.
 
No illegal / pirated software will be installed by us.

10.  Orders are either delivered via courier or collected from our premises.  WE DO NOT DELIVER ORDERS OURSELVES.

 

WARRANTY

1.     All media, consumables and software do not carry any warranty.

2.     Refurbished products are sold with a standard 1 (one) year warranty. 
    
This warranty may be extended to a 2 (two) year warranty at an additional 15% cost of the item’s price.

3.     New items are sold with the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
     Hardware is only swopped out for a complete new unit if found faulty and returned withing 48 hours.

4.     Notebook and UPS batteries only carry a 3 (three) month warranty.

5.     Faulty parts and components of an item that cannot be repaired, will be swopped out provided it’s within the warranty period.

6.     The following are excluded from warranty claims:

a.     Any physical damage to the item,

b.     Any burn marks on the item,

c.     Lightning damage, or damage due to power surge.

d.     Missing / damaged serial numbers and / or other original labels,

e.     Any markings, writings on and / or tampering with an item,

f.      Items that was mishandled.

7.     Before an item (laptop, PC, server) is booked in for repair, it is the responsibility of the client to make the necessary
data back-ups where possible.  We take NO responsibility for any data loss nor do we make back-ups on behalf of a client.

8.     Any repair time given by Xtreme TT, merely serves as a guideline and we will not be bound by it. We will at all times
keep the client informed regarding repair progress.

9.     Refurbished laptops and PCs are sold with a COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) software license
(Microsoft System Operating Software) and the software will be pre-installed.  Any pre-installed software is excluded from any warranty. 
 
All servers are sold WITHOUT pre-installed software.

10.   Although great care is taken when packing items that’s to be couriered, Xtreme TT accepts no liability for items damaged
during in-transit with couriers.
